A long day and still no new horses to add to the herd he was setting up. He comes upon the painted band and is glad he thought to bring a rope with him when he figured he would be entering the lands where wild horses roamed. A mare, a bit different from the others caught his eye [Horse 8] as well as the stallion but he would feel terrible to take a lead from the band. He noticed the mare had a foal close by and sighed. The foal had the markings of the stallion, possibly an heir. He sat nearby, trying to figure out if the mare was tame in any form.
