They are listed on the NYSE as a REIT.(sym=CLI) (Real Estate Investment T(rust?)). I like that they paid a very nice (.67) divedend in the last quarter.

I haven't checked out how much of the property is office space??? I still remember the office-space "glut" of the early 80's, so in a bad market, they would probably get hurt if they have a lot of that?

Notice that MCGREEVY did NOT mention any cuts in the budget as far as the COMMERCE department is concerned? Economic development funds = corporate welfare for all of MCGREEVY'S DEMOCRAT friends.
