BtW-RON-I heard you tell HITZEL what you're having for dinner tonight. Will the BRIE be served warm? Or room temperature? Is it a regular wheel of BRIE? Or the gormet kind that has "stuff" (like walnuts?),and some kind of crust (?) that you can warm-up?

Next time that I am at CASELS,I plan on trying the fancy brie-$10+ a wheel,but, they already have all of the extras on it and it's ready to heat.
