Subject: Tropical Depession #13 could be named LILLIE

www.noaa.gov click here....for more Tropical Storm/Hurricane info.....ISIDORE,meanwhile is forcast to be upgraded to CAT4. Storm KYLE is out there and we are getting further ,(alphabet-wise) into the name list for this time of the year than usual due to the new policy of "naming" sub-tropical storms.
