No one has answered my questions!
Can anyone answer these questions?

*What civil service list were these people on (Job Title)?
**What are the names of the people hired?
***Was there an announcement to the public about the job openings?

Ok, the ACPD page tells you how to become a police officer. It also mentions the aide postion created by Whelan. It does not mention the traffic officer position. My questions still are not answered!
