Probably,if someone wanted to make a big deal,or if the saying was in danger of being "stolen" from the original inventor of the saying???? (since we all know who says that??...) Plagerisim = "word for word" copying btw

Probably a copyright use also. As far as I know,broadcasts are copyrighted material??? Could even be a trademark violation if the TM has been registered. My favorite copyright rule is the one which applies to "dance moves"....still trying to figure out if I can sue Metallica for using MY hair-flinging dance!

The Starbucks is opening at 7am on Thursday, October 3, 2002! It's gonna to kickass. That coffee place that is on your left as you walk into the Ocean One Mall should be glad that they are closing the mall because he would be out of business anyway when this new Starbucks opens. At least that is my opinion.
