It's very likely. Sometimes, when it's appropriate to the character, the guest character will be drawn to resemble the actor who does his or her voice. E.g. Christina Applegate's character in "My Hair Lady" has Applegate's likeness; the judge in "Jumpin' Crack Bass" looks a lot like James Carville; the Ben Stiller character in "That's What She Said" may act like Beavis, but he looks a lot like Ben Stiller.
