I hear ya Mark! I Know there kids and hopefully they'll grow out of it but its starting to get downright annoying! I know it will never happen but I think the city should impose an ordinance on this excessive loud music. It can be a distraction while driving.. I think theres a town In California that enforces a law regarding loud music coming from cars. Can't see why W-B cant do the same...
