Performing his job? That all depends,anyone who knows him will say he's slacking off more than usual on the job,his other job well>>>>we seem to be in need of the "V" pill.
I doubt if he needs a refresher course since he is very experienced at not only cheating but ruining people's lives. I assume he thinks life is just a bowl of cherries.
