We are working on 3 adoption situations right now with the babies already born. These are all very urgent and couples need to be homestudy ready now and ready to travel right away to pick up their Christmas blessing.
URGENT!!!-Code-Taa-Full African American baby boy born yesterday, Wed. Dec. 14th in Tennessee. The birthmom is 17 years old and has a 4.0 grade point average. Her mother is very supportive of her placing this baby. Birthmother denies using any drugs or alcohol. The birthmother will go to court this Monday to terminate her rights. She will then have a 10-day waiting period and then it is irrevocable. The couple should be prepared to stay in TN 7-14 days and then they can go home. Cradle care is available at $30 per day if a couple wants to wait until the 10 day period to come She wants a Christian couple only, and if they already have AA children that is a plus. There is one other family interested in this situation right now and we would like to find a couple more to present to her. Please contact me ASAP if interested. Fees will be $14,800 plus termination costs will be $1,200, your travel and finalization. URGENT!!! You must have a current homestudy now.
URGENT!!!-CodeTaa2-Another full AA baby boy born today Thurs. Dec. 15th in Tennessee. Same laws as above. All cradle care providers are full and they need a family ready to travel right away to get this baby. Only difference in fees is this one is a little higher from birthmom expenses. Fees are $16,000 plus the $1,200 in legals to terminate, your travel costs and finalization in your state.
URGENT!!!-Code-Tarzandria-Birthmother wishes to place her healthy 1 month of African American baby girl. The baby is healthy, no drugs, alcohol, or smoking during the pregnancy. The birthmother is 25. The baby weighed 5 lbs. 13 oz. at birth but is bigger now. The birthmother was going to place the baby at birth, but the birthfather told her he would help her out financially and emotionally, so she kept the baby. he has not signed the birth certificate, has not helped her out in any way or been there for her and the baby, so she has decided she still wishes to place her. The birthmother is open to any race or religion couple or single, with or without children. She would like pictures and letters after placement, maybe a phone call now and then. The birthmother and baby live in Fla. As long as the birthfather has not help out and has not signed the putative birthfather registry at the time of revocation, his rights will be terminated for him. Fees will be $12,000 plus your legal costs and travel. Legal costs in Fla. tend to be high, like $5,000-$9,000.
URGENT!!!-Cauc. baby due Dec.20th. Sex of the baby is unknown. The birthmother lives in Arizona. She is now in jail for theft and drugs. The birthmother denies using any alcohol or cigarettes during the pregnancy but states she used meth twice a week for the first month of her pregnancy. Fees will be $24,500, which includes agency fee, my fee, birthmother expenses as well as Arizona legal costs.
Code-Kelly-Birthmother due in March with a Biracial baby, (1/2 Cauc. 1/2 AA), sex unknown. Birthmother lives in Virginia and is parenting 2 daughters now, ages 10 and 2. The birthmother is Caucasian, 27, has a GED and some college, is 5'8" and weighs 125 lbs. not pregnant. She smokes cigarettes daily and smoked marijuana early in her pregnancy. She denies the use of any other drugs or any alcohol. There are no mental disorders in the family. The birthmother and birthfather are open to whatever level of openness the adoptive parents want. The birthfather is AA, also 27 6'1" and weighs 180 lbs. They would like a married couple or same sex couple. They are open to any race couple or any religion. She is open to visits with the adoptive parents before the birth and would like them present at the hospital after birth. She will consider having them in the delivery room. Fees will be $14,500 plus your travel and legal costs.
Code-Brittany-Birthmother due in June with a Biracial baby in South Carolina. Sex of the baby is unknown. The birthfather is AA but unknown. The birthmother is Caucasian, 5'2", with blonde hair and blue eyes. Birthmother denies using any drugs or alcohol during her pregnancy, but does smoke 1/2 pack of cigarettes a day. This birthmother just placed her 2 yr. old for adoption 3 mos. ago, so she feels very unprepared to parent. Fees will be $14,350 plus your legal costs and travel. That includes my fee, agency fee and all birthmother expenses. $4000 of that fee is the total birthmother expenses and some of that will be paid on a month to month basis and will not be due in full at match. $8,175 of the rest will be due at match.
Code-Shauna-Birthmother due in Texas in Feb. with a full AA baby, sex unknown. The birthfather will sign. This birthmother has placed a baby for adoption before. Unless you want to return to TX in 6 mos. to finalize the adoptive couple will probably want to finalize in their own state. Fees will be $16,300 plus legal costs and travel.
Code-Quina-Birthmother due March 22nd with a full AA baby, sex unknown. The birthmother is 29 and the birthfather is 45. They live in Nevada. The birthmother has 3 children, 2 of which she is parenting, one she is not. She is parenting her 10 yr. old girl and 6 yr. old boy, but is not parenting her 13 yr. old daughter. The birthfather is aware of the pregnancy and has no interest in parenting this baby. His exact whereabouts are unknown. The birthmother is receiving prenatal care and is on Medicaid. She denies using any drugs or alcohol during the pregnancy but has been in alcohol treatment before. She would like a married couple or same sex female couple, but no singles. She would like them to have some religion in their lives. She would like letters after placement. Fees will be $12,000 plus your legal costs and travel.
