My husband and I are working with an agency that has an office in Texas and I came across this birth mother (Code-Jackie) Our total cost with them for the adoption will be $19,000.00. We have paid them already $6,800. We are looking for a biracial newborn baby. Would we be able to be considered for this birthmother? Please email me and let me know. Thank you! :)
