Subject: her hair is orange!!!

My daughter's friend TRIED to bleach her hair with Quick Blue by Loreal...But her hair is orange.

Using a black dye...would that ruin it...or what should she do?It's 1 am and Sally's beauty supply isnt open.....She has a box of black at home.
Help!!!!
