Subject: Bench and weights for a good home

Ladies and Gents,

I have a weight bench with the following:

1x bench press bar
2x dumb bell bars
6x 10kg plates
2x 5kg plates
smaller weights totalling about 7kg

The bench can be used for leg extensions and hamstring curls as well.

All in pretty good condition and you guessed it available for collection only.

Ł50 the lot.
