Subject: Extra trainning.

Whilst most of us were sheltering from the strong winds last night, first team second row Tom Moon was putting in an extra training sessions. Focusing on tackle practice, sliding for the ball and lineout barging he put in a very energetic effort. Due to the adverse conditions, the big fella was prepared to improvise, choosing to train indoors at the century club, shaftesbury avenue, he used media girls as tackle bags, bottles of becks for the balls and the shiny dance floor to simulate slippery conditions. Trining to music being another innovation we could perhaps bring to our wednesday sessions.
