They are all over the globe now. I think the Ford Expedition and Excursion and the Chevy Suburban are the tops though. Gas is cheap in the US so it is not expensive to own a large V8 and haul all that excess weight around (not including the overweight drivers). I see more of a moral reason not to drive an oversized vehicle. Why deplete the worlds resources and pollute the air? For what, to feel like your penis is larger, to look trendy, maybe to haul around a large ass? Well ok some need an SUV due to their size. Still alternatives are available.
I here a common theme with the explanations for owning and utilizing excess: "cause I can." Well yes you can but would it be wise for you to do it? Would your behavior be detrimenatal to others? Lets say you dont give a shit about others and the environment, what are you doing to your own environment and for your children. They will pay "because you can."
