Subject: I need assistance with an issue

I am having a problem with an ex boyfriend's room mate. He is constantly trying to break into my system. I even have screenshots from my router firewall showing what he is trying to do. I need to find a way to keep him from doing this. He is into network security and does hack in order to show companies the holes in their firewalls. He says he prints out data and walks into the business to scare them with it so they will hire him. Given what I have seen activity wise on my router, he has done ip flooding and basically made my internet experience a nightmare.

I need to use the internet in order to complete my schooling, I am a psychology major.

Is there any way to stop this person?
