We have organized another class on April 4th at the Wittenbach Agriscience Center in Lowell, Michigan. This class will cover basic expedition skills necessary for participation in expeditions with the team. We will cover basic and advanced ropework and an introduction to land navigation, with a few other things. This class will be helpful to the expeditioneer, adventure racer, caver and other outdoor enthusiast. I will send more information as the class approaches. Currently, we are soliciting comments about subjects that members would like added to the class. But, Mark your Calendars and let me know if you have any questions (or comments) about the class.

This weekend, we completed a successful Geocaching class with good attendance. I would like to thank Andy “Magellan” Kursch for his outstanding help as an assistant instructor. The man deserves a commendation for his knowledge, understanding, leadership and for his INDESPENSIBLE help. Thanks, Andy.

Don’t forget to mark you calendars (and let me know) for the Manistee River Loop hike and yak. This will be one of those legendary FBET trips that you won’t want to miss.

Thanks,

Broken Arrow
