Subject: en traje de gala se veria mejor con cabello agarrado como en su despedida en prom gloria, ademas mucho sol no?? la veo mas bronceada y era preferible q se cuide y llegue mas blanquita a la preliminar, el color azul de su traje le hubiera quedado mas siendo blancona. total....... igual lo hizo bien.

  • Personalmente me gusta mas con el cabello suelto, tiene una linda cabellera, envidiada por muchas del certamen. Asi bronceada esta bella. Me parece que en todo momento ha lucido muy bien. El cabello recogido la hace ver mayor. Tiene que verse fresca y natural, sin mucha laca, ni demasiado artificio. Hasta ahora pienso que en ningun momento nos defraudo. Estoy muy contenta con su participacion. La competencia es dura y hay candidatas muy bellas. NOEMI no se queda atras, al contrario destaca en grupo. Buenas vibras NOEMI y VIVA BOLIVIA!!!
