I don't want any one to have great expectations of the event. It will probably,no, it will be a farbfest, but if folks can get off by themselves it might be tolerable. A better event in the area, though still a farbfest, is Port Hudson. The works and terrain are well preserved and there are places campaigners can get away from most of the circus. There has been talk, and as of now it is only talk, of the state allowing campaigners to camp at Fort Desperate or the Arkansas Redoubt.
