Subject: Tait jacket for sale

Gents,

In case any of y’all are interested, I’d like to sell my size 40, untrimmed Tait jacket with script I buttons. Made by Charles R. Childs in December of 1998, marked No. k-120. I bought this from Don Smith prior to the Mansfield preservation march and have only used it at that event. Don had bought it second-hand himself, removed part of the linen lining where the original owner had inked his name and covered that with a linen patch. Don then inked his own name in and added an interior patch pocket. I paid Don $190 and picked it up, but will let it go for $175, plus shipping if we can’t pass it off hand to hand.
