Subject: Donations accounting

Comrades - I need to know the total amount each of you have raised so far for Mansfield Preservation from all sources except personal raffle ticket buys. Include raffle ticket donations as a separate number. When we add up the totals, the raffle number will include your donations for tickets so do not want to double count.

Send me your totals via e-mail to coop2911@msn.com no later than Friday 3/26.

I owe this number to Jim Campi at CWPT by Monday as he will be sending out a press release on our efforts and our intentions at the event.

Include all donations, whether to CWPT or Friends of Mansfield.
