Marching in light rain is easy on the body (cooler), not so good for the feet so make sure you bring some extra dry socks. Also - I won't look if you want to coat your shoes with wet pruf or some compound that will keep the water out and yet not ruin the leather. Make sure you have some way to secure your ground sheet or gum blanket around your shoulders as well - grommets and twine or a J-hook, or make your own holes in your ground sheet.

Of course if we do all this stuff there won't be a cloud in the sky :-)
