I have read 4 of Dan Browns books. They are a good read. But they are fiction.
This is not to say that all of their content is the result of a highly imaginative writer but that the use of "codebreaking" is a literary device employed to give a dynamic to what is basically a "whodunit".

dan brown's book is a damage control. we just learn that the illuminati is a group who want to destroy the catholic church to avange the death of de molay. he shows the illuminati posing bomb which make this group looks like al quaida. but the illuminati is more than that. they want to take over the world. they have already done it.today you can't be president without the consent of this group. may be you should read the protocol of zion to understant these guys
