Has anyone managed find a rescue/recovery company yet. I had benn assured by Adrian Flux that the company who they arrange cover with included Morocco, but have since changed their minds. Answers on a postcard etc.

Hi Robert,

I also spoke to Adrian Flux today who I am insured with. My kit car / Lotus 7 insurance with them will not cover me for Morocco under any circumstances. I think this may be the same for most European policies. So you may all want to check this out. You buy insurance for your car whilst in Morocco at the port in Spain, as I understand it there is no breakdown cover for Morocco, you simply barter with the locals and get your car delivered to the port on a local lorry or something. So don’t breakdown!!!!

We are hoping not to need recovery, but a bit of cover takes some of the stress away. Still we don`t want it too easy do we.
We are taking the car for a 500mile moterway test down to London and back to visit relatives, well that`s the excuse.
