Juliette chuckled, "Thanks for your consideration, but I'd be very excited to see a stall that didn't need to be mucked," She commented, orange-tinted eyes shining, "I usually walk the barn every morning and if I see a horse lounging in his own waste I'll clean it up for whomever may own it; I can't stand to see any animals suffer, even in such a minute way." She sighed softly, opinions were opinions; a state of mind, a state of being, and a state of thinking. She nodded, taking Geri's comments as a compliment, it was always nice to know when someone appreciated the hard work you'd put into something. "I'd be honored if you did decide to move your two mares here. The people, for the most part, are friendly and will give you a hand. And there are plenty of horses to make your own feel at home- that is if they are social," She added, knowing that some horses prefered no company than to the company of other equines, "Feel free to look around outside. I'd prefer if you examined the fences of an empty pasture or paddock, for I know of a few horses here weary of people invading there space. The cabin currently available is Shrub Cottage, if you'd like to.. we could make a trip up there, or I can give you the key and you could go alone," She offered two options on that just in case Geri was becoming fed up with her own prescence as the barn was being examined. "Dogs are allowed to come down. But I do have one forewarning," She said softly looking down at the Border Collie at her side, "Rex here, along with Duty, another Aussie of mine, are the farm's gaurds; I ask you keep your dog on the leash the first time or atleast always close to you, so that they can get the idea your dog is meant to be here. After that you'll have no worries letting your dog roam.." Julie's fingers softly unfolded to stroke the glossy coat of Rex as she spoke.
