Slowing the trailer in front of the stable yard, Juliette parked it, removing the key before climbing down from the cab. A few moments later the brunette arrived at the back of the trailer.

Long fingers worked carefully to remove the lock, swinging open the doors, and finally to unsheath the ramp. Once she rested it upon the ground, Jules walked up it to make sure the non-slip mat was secure.

Comfortable with the fact that the nervous mare would not injure herself on it, Juliette continued into the dark trailer. A lead was snapped to Sun's halter and her hand was placed reassuringly upon the mare's neck. "Easy, girl," Jules muttered, applying pressure to the lead rope to summon the mare that they were to back down from the trailer..
