The mare stood there stomping her feet every once in awhile. She snorted before falling asleep while the brush was being guided over her soft dun pelt. When the women went to scrape out her hoofs she lifted up her front ones with ease. The back took a little more persuading. Finally once that was over she looked at Jules and shook her head as if to tell her to hurry up.
