×Fade Away×

"Peaceful," She commented as Jordan acknowledged the sounds. She wished she had brought along the dogs, she could imagine Diesel and Max would have loved running through the water. Perhaps next time.. She thought to herself, wondering how the canines, in fact, were getting along at this very moment. Were any feuds occuring?

At the lack of eye contact, Tara felt outcasted, out of place. Never had she felt such a way and emotions of uncomfort flooded her system as she lowered her own eyes and took a slow step back. Yes.. perhaps their realationship was now on far too rocky grounds.

"Dinner?" She asked, caution filling her voice. She knew it'd be suspicious if she said no, so she devised an excuse fast. "Well, see.. I have plans for tonight." She began to explain in a rush, tilting her head back slightly to look at the cave's cieling. Tara watched as tiny droplets began to fall, dripping down from ceiling to water making only a tiny 'plop' sound. During that time she waited, chest clenched, breath becoming slightly slower, for her sister's response. Would she believe her or would this be another chance for her sister to accuse her of having something "Wrong" with her?
