She was too laid back to pick a fight. She glanced over her shoulder as her maiden turned her, feeling pity on the rider that was stuggling to keep the immature mare under control. She smiled slightly at the other horses while carefully stepping so she did not step on the everpresent canine. She now looked at him with a new respect, recognising his concern for her rider. Tapered ears shifted at the sound of the whip, trembling though it was not used upon her. She knew the sound well, though it was used on her for a different reason than it was being used now.
