Jules nodded her thanks as she followed Maddie into the living room where they sat. She had always loved the little cottage, another one of the original structures on the elegant, classical property. "I have to ask you a favor," she said with a light sigh, "My friend recently found a child who she has no time to care for. I've talked to a few people, but no one has the time or the resources. So.. I was wondering if maybe you could.."

Happy and Val walked into the cottage, awe spread accross their face. They had spent a few nights up in the manor, but the cottage was just so different. Nose pressed to the floor with tail wagging in the air, Happy began to investigate. While Val loped into the living, long fur swishing from side to side along her body.
