I have a reproduction of a topsy-turvy doll that was sold as correct for the 1860's. It is a southern belle on one end and a mammy on the other. Any clue if it really is correct? For buttons, I would suggest a trip to the fabric and notion warehouses on Perth St. in Dallas. I had surgery last week to repair a major pelvic floor ligament hernia and won't be camping for the Beaumont weekend but plan to come down for the day on Saturday. Is anyone going to have a tent up in case I need a fainting couch?
