Subject: Help save my home

Myself and my brother purchased a home in st petersburg Fl to rehab this home was a destroyed and ready to condemd, We got hooked up with a hard money lender, and was totaly miss led about how this loan worked. We did get this home done and it has turned out great its like a new home, Problem is we put every thing we own in it, and now cant pay the mortgage to the lender, I have moved in the home and tring to refinance it, so I can buy out my brother and do more homes in this area, I am in a desporate situiation and need help (ASAP) The appraisal came in at 140.000 and I need approx- 73.000 to pay off lender and 25.000 to buy out brother, But the main thing is to pay off lender, I am 4 months in the rear,s to this lender. HELP
