Subject: Question for group 2

Hi. I am representing group 6. From what we gathered, we fel that your group has approached the question from the perspective of a client who has good geomorphological knowledge.
So, what we want to ask is that, what kind of advice you would give a person/client (eg a housewife)who does not know this aspect of geography at all with regards to this deal? Any obvious things that he/she can spot and take note of? Or what is the basic knowledge that one must acquire in order before viewing a house?

Thanks.
-Ee Lin
