Seminar Question for Group 2 from Group 7

For Group 2:
Dear Group 2, you cited one reason of rejecting the housing property deal as coastal erosion, are you suggesting that it is by a cliff near the sea (this is just to clarify)? the question we would like to ask is: Will you be accepting a bungalow that is on a steep hillside where it sits on a terraced piece of land, which means that the bungalow is facing an upslope on one side and a downslope on another, but it is sitting with quite some distance in the middle)? We hope that the question is clear enough.

Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely,
Group 7
