Hi Klaus & Jancie

Just checking in to see if you are back in the Caribbean? Cheryl & I are back home in Ottawa and Cheryl is back to work with things going wonderfully.
In case the names don't click we are from Great Habit and were last with you guys in Simpson Bay Lagoon in St Maarten last May.
We did make the passages up to Bermuda then on to Shelburne NS last May/June and found the water to be much coller this side of the Gulf Stream. But did cruise the Atlantic Coast of NS (in the fog) and the Bras d'Or Lakes, not in the fog. Finally moved Great Habit over to S'side PEI and that is where she is spending the Winter. We plan to sail the Maritimes again next Summer and likely for the next few Summers. S'side is our ancestoral home and we still have quite a few family there so that is why we picked that location.
The project for this Winter is to start looking for a piece of property in PEI and get going on the design of our retirement home there.
Temp is getting below 0 here in Ottawa these days and we've had a lot of rain this Fall so not nearly as nice as we were living in this time last year.
Funny thing is that we missed Great Habit the day after we got back to Ottawa but never missed the house for a minute while we were away.
Hope you are in for another wonderful Winter plying the nice soft, warm waters of the Caribbean.
