Tears began to form in Kiera's eyes, she could not explain her sorrow. It was just- she shared so much with Teal, she didn't want to put that into jeopardy. "I'll take care of her for you," she said, "I really will. I'll love her and play with her.. But Teal needs me. I need Teal." She explained through quivering lips and teeth, how could she put her feelings for the young border collie into words without sounding extremly corny? "I can take care of them both," She said softly, "I really can. I appreciate it, I really do. And it makes me happy that you thought this much about me, and I don't want to upset you. And I do want her. Just not if it means I can't still take care of Teal." Looking up at Christine she wiped her eyes with the back of her hand, "I'm sorry if I sounded ungrateful, before. I really do appreciate it, and I really do think she's great and if theres any way I could not-pick between the two and just be in charge of caring for them both.. then I wouldn't have acted so rashly." The young girl suprised herself with the rather complex words for her age, she really did like Elora, and hadn't meant to sound as rude as she had.
