~ Shivers running down her spine as the chill wind whips through her thin summer dress, she rubs her slim arms lightly to warm them. Stepping quickly after the older girl, she gladly accepts the berries, though does not allow her hunger to overcome her curiousity. ~
~ Popping a few of the delicious berries into her mouth, hazel eyed gaze slowly scans the area about her, expression one of childish wonder. Placing the rest of the berries in a large pocket sewn onto her pale yellow gown to finish off later, the young girl of eleven wanders a short distance off, gazing in awe at all that surrounds her. Never having been in such a place, her irrepressable curiousity had taken over completly. ~
~ Not at all at a loss of words, she twirls around, face alight and somewhat flushed by the nip in the air. "You have a wonderful home Jaded Mystery! It is unlike any place I have ever been to! Absolutly breath-taking... Even more so than Ireland, and that is saying something!" Quite suddenly realizing that she may be talking a bit too much, she flashes a sheepish grin and carefully makes her way back towards the cave. But before she was even half-way back, something new had caught her interest. ~
~ Cautiously walking a bit closer to the edge of the mountain, she gazes down at everything below, breath catching in her throat. The soft moonlight reflecting in her eyes and enhancing their glow more yet, a quiet "Oh...", escapes her lips. Gaze flickering from the kingdom, to the ocean, and then to the forest, she speaks more to herself now than anyone else. "I've never been this high before... Strange how different everything looks from up high...and in the dark." ~
