Thanks to all the organisers for all their hard work in a setting up a great event - very enjoyable !
I definitely underestimated those hills - Honister, Hardknott and Wrynose - theres no amount of training to prepare you for those ! I shall take a triple next year !
Maybe a suggestion would be to put a charity swear box in the sportsclub for after the event - the air was very blue walking up most of Hardknott !
