..4 springs ago there was a annoucement, for all to gather round the large plain. A black mare nickered, rising to her feet, nudging a small one to stand. That small one, was me. We rose to our hooves, mine limbs shaking in fear, I fell. I struggled to arise, yet achieved my goal. Standing tall I nickered after my mother, trotting after her with slow, then soon, easy steps..

..I was eyed at cautiously, my coat different of those surround. All were black or reddish chestnut, but mine, I was a glowing aurora of white. Yet, within valuable time, I was accepted. I played like every other around me, jumping and playing small games with my kin..

..Soon I was told to leave, but some where happy to get rid of me. I snorted softly, trotting away. I was only a yearling, and at 1 year, I was seperated from those that I loved. I traveled off, ready for adventure..

..I nickered, turning my head back. Many snikered at me, others did not pay attention to my leaving. I felt wet over comming my orbs, wondering what it twas. Yet, I was saddened. No one noticed my disapperance. I snort gently, watching around me, trotting quickly, hearing remarks about my odd nature..

I soon found myself at a full gallop, disappearing within the trees and fields. Yet at other moments, I would stop, wondering, where was I? I traveled through dark, light, damp ground, dry ground, solid and watery passages. Yet I never did stop..

..As a older filla I was, I stopped amoung the mists. I heard something. Lobes flicker nervously, the wind picking up. It mingled with my mane, and flaired out my tail. I snorted. What was that? Go to the lands, those of freedom . I snort, confused. Yet something pushes me forward once more, and I canter quickly..

..Something blocks my way, a barrier it seems? I snort again, lifting fores high, snapping hunches behind me. I whistle loudly, finding myself in the middle of thorns. I worry. I lift my head up, trying to escape. Finally I break free, my white coat unharmed. I whistle loudly, and am pushed onward..

..And now I am amoung these lands, one I am that has traveled so far, in high hopes that I may become accepted. I carry no scars from my travels, my coat shimmering with gentle breeze. I glance around, wonder in my eyes..
