Universal ranking system
ranks:
Initiate
Member
Veteran
Officer
Leader.

This ranking system doesn't sound too bad, i like the idea that it would be unitversal through all the guilds so you wouldn't have to explain to someone what your rank standing means. Simplicity is good. Im in favor of these ranks or if WoW has other universal ranks then i would be interested in what they are.
