If it's not a good idea, I imagine I'll know shortly. I'm not hyping the guild hardcore yet, because casual players (the ones I'm out to recruit) probably aren't the ones hanging around the forums for a game that's not even in Beta yet, correct?

There's always a demand for more guilds. I started a Counter-Strike clan back in September of 2001, and within a week, I had more people than I wanted. Once the game launches, people will be all over guilds like white on rice, and it's just a matter of finding the ones I want. The fact that there aren't any now doesn't trouble me in the slightest.
