ok boys and girls.... what sponsor, paying millions to be on oh, lets say the 48 car, would envy Joe's Garage paying five grand to be on the 49 car, which as often as not, doesn't even race on Sunday and when it does, parks by lap 100?... and usually doesn't even get mentioned when its out of the race, much less get on tv?

what exactly is the deal there?
