do this sometime... do a google of Clifford Olsen and see what the Government of Canada did with him... no, I'll tell you. he is the most prolific serial killer in Canadian history. all kids. once the bastard got caught, he made a deal. the government paid him something like $10,000 per body to tell where he his the kids. Olson's wife got the money. she justified taking it by saying Olson ruined her life too.
Canada hasn't executed anyone since 1965 but Olson brags about the fact that a member of parliment tried to get the death penalty reinstated for one day... to kill him. he still writes occassional letters to his victims families.

google him. its quite possible if you google 'asshole' his name will come up. it should anyway.
