IF you are shooting with a flash you have to shoot at a 60th of a second otherwise the shutter wont stay open long enough for the flash. You can shoot at a faster speed only when you are using the flash as fill light.

You need to invest in a basic how to book. It will be explained more throughly there than I can here...Does that make sense?...hmmm time to go to bed!
