hired that idiot crew chief that couldn't find a job?

Whoever his manager is, the guy is a genius... wrote it right into the contract apparently... every time... every God damn time he gives an explaination that a 3 year old can give... someone in the booth says "what a great explaination."

every time! You pay attention. as soon as he finishes his peice someone says the words 'great' and 'explaination.' pay attention. I'm ready to have someone whacked.
