Hmm..looks like everyone here's having a fair share of fun. Me here, in Ny, been bogged down by tons and tons of homework. I know it's hard to believe, but i've picked up 4 programs (final cut pro, flash, dreamweaver, and imageready) in the short time I've been back. It's such a leap from the sophomore year. Been busy with shoots, and projects, almost got an internship at Time magazine within Time warner but they found out that i need an OPT pass to work there since i'm an international student. but it all turned out as a blessing in disguise as i wouldn't have been able to cope with such a heavy workload.
one thing that i participated that i thought was really meaningful for me was the anti-war demonstration at central park on oct 6. I did some postcards that were printed out for distribution and they were addressed to hillary clinton and gov george pataki. It was amazingly satisfying to see the instant gratitude on the faces after they read these postcards and pple actually wanted them! That was my first demonstration, and somehow how i felt proud of being there. haha..it felt like i actually contributed to the world. oh dear...a rebel in the making...not good.
