Affordable Summer Housing in NYC from June 1 to July 31, 2005 at Polytechnic University’s Othmer Residence Hall! Located in Downtown Brooklyn in the middle of the MetroTech neighborhood. Two subway stops from Manhattan, and our central location gives you access to the A, C, D, N, Q, R, 1,2,3,4, and 5 subway trains.

We welcome conferences, interns, new hires, research assistants, students, and tourists.

Suites are availible, and they include twin captain bed/dresser combo, desk, wardrobe, and shared bathroom. All suites also include central air conditioning; fully wired rooms for personal computers, laptops, cable TV, and telephone access; student lounges, on premise laundry facility; and 24-hour security.
