Lions have been becoming increasingly less common, due mainly to habitat loss. However, in Southern Africa, there are still prides that are unaffected by humans. These groups of lions hunt together, fight for leadership, and raise their young just as they did thousands of years ago, before the humans ever interfered with their way of life. It all takes place on the savannahs, in a land dubbed unsuitable for civilization by most humans. But the lions have a different definition of civilization...
