this whole damn thing has a 'quick to turn on a friend' aspect to it that give sme heartburn


there are many aspects and slants to addressing words...personally, i like to know who is saying what they are saying...words on their own are merely subjects, verbs, and objects strung together with various grammatical tricks...there is little context; the argument lies in the strength of the opinion...but that opinion means nothing, or at least little, to me without an understanding of where that person is coming from

for instance, the statement 'litkicks sucks' means different things to me if it comes from lrod or volt

words are half the story...an understanding of the perspective behind the words provide the other half...i am surprised i have to pint this out
