He stated quite clearly that he had used information from those who claimed to have change, however slightly, and they are from people who are motivate to deminish their homosexual behaviors mostly for religious reason. It is not applicable for those who are comfortable with their homosexual identity and have no religious reason to change their sexual orienation. Here is the transcript. We don't know how common that kind of change is if you started with 100 or 1,000 homosexuals who wanted to make an effort.
